Mano Fiorata white with gold flowers, belonging to the "Arte di Gio Ponti" collection, re-edition by Richard Ginori from the 1980s. There is a small imperfection on a petal of a flower, as shown in the photos. More information available on request. L The object is made of white porcelain, and is hand painted in pure gold.

Gio Ponti was an Italian architect and designer born in Milan in 1891. He is considered one of the most important figures of Italian design of the 20th century. Ponti has worked in several fields, including architecture, furniture design, product design and graphic design. He was also a prolific writer and editor and in 1928 founded the influential design magazine Domus.

Ponti's work is characterized by its elegance, simplicity and use of modern materials. He was a pioneer of Italian modernism and his work helped shape the look of post-war Italian design. Among Ponti's most famous works are the Pirelli Skyscraper in Milan (1956), the Superleggera chair (1957) and the Ponti Apartment in Milan (1957).
Ponti was a prolific and influential figure in Italian design and his work continues to be admired and studied today. He is considered one of the most important architects and designers of the 20th century.
