Loetz is a name that immediately evokes images of extraordinarily beautiful and refined blown glass. This Austrian glassworks, founded in 1839, produced some of the most iconic works of Art Nouveau, becoming a benchmark for glass art at an international level.

The history of Loetz is characterized by a continuous search for perfection and constant innovation in glass processing techniques. The glass masters of Loetz experimented with various techniques, including inlay, which involves the insertion of glass fragments into the molten glass mass.
The production is known for the iridescence of the works, a technique that gives metallic and iridescent glassy reflections, creating visually striking effects.
Furthermore, the artifacts are made using the "Phänomen" technique, which involves applying metallic glass filaments to the surface of the glass, creating unique luminous effects.

The design of Loetz's works is characterized by sinuous lines, organic shapes, and floral decorations, typical of the Art Nouveau style. The master glassmakers were inspired by nature, creating objects that almost seem to come to life.
Loetz has often collaborated with internationally renowned artists and designers, including Koloman Moser and Franz Welz.
