Giacomo Gabbiani (Milan, 18 September 1900 – Salice Terme, 1989) was an Italian painter and engraver.

He studied painting with Riccardo Brambilla and Giuseppe Amisani. In 1925 he began to exhibit in various exhibitions: at the National Exhibition of the Brera Academy, at the Permanente in Milan.

His first solo exhibition dates back to 1928, at the Micheli Gallery. The first professional successes began: the Gallery of Modern Art in Milan purchased two of his paintings in 1928, in 1932 he was commissioned with a portrait for the Picture Gallery of the Ospedale Maggiore, in 1939 a painting by him was purchased by the Ministry of War.

Again in 1939 he exhibited an anthological exhibition in Rome in Palazzo Berberini.

After the war, with the changing taste of the public, however, he remained on the sidelines in the Italian artistic panorama, although he continued to work and exhibit: in Sanremo in 1956, the following year at the Centro San Babila in Milan.
